At CloseBike, we stand behind the quality and integrity of every frame, fork, and component we engineer. Inspired by the highest industry standards, our warranty program is designed to keep you riding with absolute confidence. Whether you are charging down a technical descent or commuting to work, we have your back.
1. The Original Owner Guarantee
We provide a straightforward warranty for the original purchaser of every CloseBike product. This warranty is non-transferable and begins from the date of the original retail purchase.
2. Global Lifetime Frame Warranty
We believe in the strength of our engineering. CloseBike offers a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against structural manufacturing defects in all CloseBike branded frames and rigid forks.

Coverage: Includes all models of E-Bikes, Mountain Bikes, and framesets.

Condition: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
3. E-Bike System & Component Coverage
To ensure your power never fades, our electronic systems and proprietary components are covered against manufacturing defects for the following periods:

E-Bike Electronics: Drive units (motors), batteries, and integrated controllers are covered for 2 years or up to 500 charge cycles (whichever occurs first).

CloseBike Components: Branded seatposts, handlebars, and rims are covered for 2 years.

Paint and Graphics: The finish of your bike is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
4. Suspension & Third-Party Components
Components not branded by CloseBike (such as SRAM, Shimano, Fox, or RockShox) are covered directly by the original manufacturer’s warranty. We will gladly assist you in facilitating these claims to ensure you get back on the trail as quickly as possible.
5. What is Not Covered
This warranty is intended to protect you against defects, not the inevitable results of riding hard. The following are excluded:

Normal Wear and Tear: Tires, tubes, chains, brake pads, and cassettes.

Improper Assembly: Damage caused by incorrect setup or a lack of technical maintenance.

Crash Damage & Abuse: Damage from accidents, neglect, or use outside the bike's intended category (e.g., jumping a cross-country bike at a bike park).

Modified Gear: Any unauthorized modification to the frame or motor system voids this warranty.
Assisted Replacement (Crash Replacement)
We know that accidents happen. For the original owner, CloseBike offers an Assisted Replacement Program. If your frame is damaged in a crash that is not covered under warranty, we will provide a replacement frame at a significantly discounted "Direct-to-Rider" price to get you back on your wheels.
How to Initiate a Claim
