At CloseBike, we want you to be completely satisfied with your build. If your new bike, frame, or component isn't the perfect fit, our return process is designed to be as straightforward as our direct-to-consumer pricing.
The CloseBike 30-Day Trail Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason.

New Condition: Components, forks, and frames must be in their original packaging and show no signs of installation or use.

Bikes: Full bicycles must be in "like-new" condition. While we encourage a brief test ride on clean pavement to check the fit, bikes with trail dirt, tire wear, or scratches cannot be accepted for a full refund.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email support@closebike.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include photos of the item to confirm its current condition.
Step 2: Receive Your RMA
Our team will review your request within 1 business day and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.
Step 3: Pack with Care

Small Parts: Use the original box to prevent damage during transit.

Bicycles/Frames: Use the original CloseBike reinforced box. If you no longer have the original packaging, please contact us; we can ship a replacement box to you for a fee to ensure the bike is protected.
Step 4: Ship it Back
Drop the package at the nearest authorized carrier location (UPS/FedEx). For full bicycles, we will coordinate a freight pickup at your address for your convenience.
Step 5: Inspection & Refund
Once your return reaches our facility, our mechanics will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Return Costs & Fees
To keep our prices the best in the US market, we share the logistics costs with our riders:

Note: Shipping fees paid on the original order (for orders under $300) are non-refundable.
