At CloseBike, we believe the excitement of a new ride shouldn't be dampened by hidden fees. We have engineered our logistics network to be as efficient as our frames, ensuring your gear arrives safely and quickly.


1. Free Shipping in the USA

We are proud to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders delivered within the contiguous United States that meet our minimum threshold.

  • Order Threshold: Free shipping applies to all orders over $300.

  • Standard Rate: For orders under $300, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

  • Excluded Regions: Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses to maintain our standards of delivery speed and reliability.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

We work diligently to move your order from our floor to your door as quickly as possible.

  • Order Handling: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process, inspect, and professionally pack your order.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive at your address within 5–10 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

3. Delivery Methods

  • Components & Small Parts: Shipped via premium parcel carriers (UPS/FedEx).

  • Bicycles & Frames: Due to their size and value, full bikes are shipped via specialized freight partners. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your investment is received securely.

4. Direct-to-Door Assembly

Our bikes ship 95% assembled. Our reinforced packaging is designed for a rider-friendly setup; you will typically only need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. Every bike includes a custom CloseBike tool kit and a digital setup guide.

5. Shipping Damage

While we use heavy-duty, reinforced bike boxes, transit issues are rare but possible.

  • Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  • Reporting: If you notice significant damage to the packaging or the product, document it with photos and contact support@closebike.com within 48 hours. We will prioritize a resolution, whether via replacement parts or a full exchange.
