How far can your e-bikes ride on one battery charge?
Range depends on the model, terrain, rider weight, and assist level. On average:
- Eco mode: 60–120 km
- Normal mode: 40–80 km
- High assist: 25–50 km
Every product page includes a detailed range estimate.
How long does it take to charge an e-bike battery?
Charging typically takes 4–6 hours from empty to full. Fast-charging models may take less. All CloseBike batteries include built-in safety protection.
Are CloseBike e-bikes waterproof?
Yes, our e-bikes are designed with IP-rated water resistance for rain and normal riding conditions. They are not meant for full submersion or pressure-washing.
Do your bikes come pre-assembled?
Yes. All bikes arrive 80–90% assembled. You only need to attach:

- Handlebar
- Pedals
- Seat post
